Parks and Pools

Another busy couple of weeks for the Umsteads, well actually for Lexa. Both soccer and swimming have officially ended. Lexa scored her first goal ever during the last soccer practice and she is now swimming like a pro (well, a pro 4 year old). We have been to Riley's pool twice in the last two weeks and also back to Kings Dominion three times. Lexa loves all the rides at Kings Dominion and rode the Scooby Doo Roller coaster with her arms in the air the entire time. If she were tall enough, she would probably try every ride. Our little daredevil.
Lexa went to the ENT to have her ears checked since she has had a constant ear infection since February. The ENT discovered that she had another ear infection and now she is now on antibiotic number 4 and is scheduled to have her second set of tubes put in this Wednesday. We have explained the procedure to her and she is actually looking forward to it. Probably because she will get a special surprise toy and because she will not have to take any more of that "yucky"medicine.
On to the pictures . . .
