The Damage is Done

It has been a long and busy few weeks and there has been so much going on. Here's a quick synopsis of the past few weeks. Lexa continues to love gymnastics and soccer. Gymnastics is almost over and next comes swimming. She is really gettign into soccer this year and even participates in the little games at the end of practice. We also celebrated Aunt Tracy's and Kyle's birthdays along with Kyles Baptism. Happy late Birthday's Tracy and Kyle! We went to Kings Dominion for the first time this season and also went to the Children's Museum this past week. We have had some water damage to the house due to a broken water pipe so we spent the last couple of weeks with very loud fans in the house to dry out everything and now the repairs have started. Thank God for homeowners insurance!
Lexa has also been battling an ear infection for the past couple of months. She is now on antibiotic #3. This is the first ear infection she has had since her tubes came out about a year ago, but it dosen't seem to want to go away. If this antibiotic dosen't work then we are going to the ENT to talk about tubes again. She has been wonderful through the whole thing and only slightly complains when she has to take that "yucky" medicine.
On to the pictures.

It is hard to believe that a little leak behind the wall causes this
much damage. We are now getting all new carpeting, new painting,
new insulation under the house, and a brand new kitchen floor.

Tracy's birthday dinner at Sagebrush Steak House.

Opening gifts. For Tracy's birthday Bebe also took all the kids
on a mini shopping spree at Toys R Us. Yup, thats right, the kids
all got new toys for Tracy's birthday.
Lexa and Sponge Bob at Kings Dominion

Getting ready to ride the new Ferris Wheel at KD.

Group Soccer Photo. Lexa and Riley are right in the middle.
The two soccer princesses. The sun was directly in their eyes
but they did a great job opening them for the picure.
Kyles Baptism. Didn't fuss one bit when the water was sprinkled
on his head.
Kyles Birthday Party with his favorite Blues Clues theme.
Lexa and her loot.
Until next time . . . . .
